Mentorship Program.

LTAA’s mentorship program connects individuals and allows for an unbiased approach to transferring knowledge from experienced professionals to those just entering the business or individuals looking to strengthen their mastery.

By engaging lifetime LTAA members as well as current professionals, the mentorship program is able to tap into the experience of those no longer actively working or those working on a consultant level.

What to expect.

MENTORS


  • Mentor to reach out and have introduction ZOOM or TEAMS meeting with your Mentee within 1 week of Mentor’s first contact.
  • Confirm Mentee’s experience level and expectations of Mentorship program.
  • Pinpoint need of Mentee, career growth, vs other goals (i.e. availability of educational resources, etc.
  • Brainstorm with Mentee to establish specific career growth goals with timeframes that will be monitored.
  • If applicable, establish dates and timeframes for meetings based on goals.
  • Offer recommendations and feedback.
  • Be inspirational and offer encouragement.

MENTEES


  • Mentee request meeting with Mentor of their choice to confirm availability.
  • Be available and clear on what you hope to get out of your meetings.
  • Be honest about your experience, time commitment, and goals.
  • Be willing to take constructive criticism.
  • Be prepared and put forth effort.
  • If progress isn’t going well, reach out to the Mentorship Committee for help.

By entering into the Mentorship program, participants agree neither the Land Title Association of Arizona, or other participants have any responsibilities, liability for suggestions and or advice provided during the mentorship relationship.
